“House of Arts” has a history spanning over almost twenty years.
In 1997 the founding owner started a little framing business in her garage. Four years later she moved to bigger premises and
since 2001 House of Arts was situated in Maerua Mall. In March
2006 the business was taken over by Heidi Müseler who had 15 years of experience in different art-related fields and a deeply rooted love for art.

House of Arts extended its framing studio to include an art gallery. In addition to original and contemporary art it also stocked a large variety of décor items, artifacts and designer jewelry. Over the years the Gallery promoted Namibian and international artists and hosted various exhibitions.

In March 2013 House of Arts & Framing Studio and CG Framing decided to merge and formed FrameTique Partnership, thereby combining Heidi’s and Richard Grant’s experience and wealth of knowledge. Richard and Heidi have taken the business to new levels by striving for perfection that will ensure that customers receive a boutique of quality framing and gallery products.

Shortly thereafter an exciting new idea was born…

In January 2015 House of Arts closed its doors in Maerua Mall and relocated to Hyper Motor City Unit 52. The industrial flair of a large warehouse offers exhilarating new opportunities for the Gallery.
By being located in the same premises as FrameTique, customers benefit from a “one-stop-shop” service including consultation, framing and printing of posters and canvas products. In this new set-up the passion for presenting artworks is evident and fuels endless creativity.
